Five Steps to the Reels
Work Through the Spins in Order
This sequence settles the order of things from the code to the final wagered spin.
The Code Box in the Cashier
A code box sits in the cashier, so decide first whether you want the deposit offer or the no-deposit one. Each code works once per account.
Will the Spins Wait for My Documents?
Registration asks for your legal name and address exactly as the identity document shows them. Spins without deposit can wait on a confirmed phone number or identity check.
Code Before Confirming Payment
The code goes in before you confirm the payment, not after. A code entered later, or a deposit sent with Skrill or Neteller, brings no spins.
Why Only One Slot Shows the Counter?
Your spins only exist inside the named slot, at a fixed stake the casino sets. Opening a different game shows no counter at all, so check the game tile before you start.
Stay Casino Spin Value
A Spin Counts as Money, Not as Promise
Each row multiplies spins by spin value, applies the slot RTP for an expected win, then the wagering on that win. Figures are estimates.
After reading this you will know which small actions drop spins into your account.
Documents Off Your To-Do List
Upload a photo identification, a proof of address and a payment card image in your profile; once the check clears, 10 spins at 0.20 on Jammin' Jars are yours, without wagering.

Fill In the Blank Fields
Fill the profile fields the casino leaves blank, then the counter adds 10 spins at 0.20 on Sweet Bonanza Xmas. That batch carries a 20x wagering condition within 3 days.
Install the app and sign in the first time: 15 spins at 0.10 on Sweet Bonanza 1000 arrive. Their terms ask for 35x wagering, and the window closes after 7 days.
A deposit of at least NZ$20 during the slot-of-the-week promotion brings 100 spins at 0.20 on Spectra. Wagering sits at 35x on the winnings, and the spins last 3 days.

A Free Turn Every Day
One wheel turn opens each day, and its prizes reach up to 20 spins. Treat the result as a gift you cannot choose, so take whatever the pointer stops on.
Stay Casino Weekly Leaderboards
Stay Casino runs weekly tournaments with 500 spins at the top for the ten best places. Ranking depends on play, so check the standings before you chase the lead.

Four Rules After the Reels
What Happens to What Your Spins Win
Read this when the reels have paid and you want to know what the balance really is.
Big Bets Wait, Small Bets Count
While the winnings are still being wagered, no single bet may go above NZ$10, so large stakes on Juicy Fruits are blocked until the balance clears.
Fifty Times the Winnings
Reactoonz winnings carry a 50x factor: whatever the spins pay has to be played through fifty times before any of it can be withdrawn.
Keep the Bonus Balance Apart
Stay Casino credits spin results as bonus money, not cash, so they sit in a separate balance until the playthrough is finished and the amount is released.
Before Your First Cash-Out
Confirming your identity with photo identification and proof of address comes before the first withdrawal, a check the team usually completes within 14 hours.
For the moment the slot opens with nothing waiting, and the fix is simpler than it looks.
Your Deposit Fell Short
Some tiers ask for a payment of at least NZ$20, so a smaller top-up leaves the spins unreleased; add the difference and the reward unlocks on its own.
One Account, One Chance
Each person may hold a single account, so a second sign-up for the 20 Reactoonz spins will not be rewarded; the offer is once per player and household.
Load the Named Slot
Open Juicy Fruits or Reactoonz and the award is sitting there; the balance shows inside that one title and nowhere else in the lobby.
Missing Profile Confirmation
Spins without deposit need a confirmed phone number and verified details first, so finish the profile prompts and the Reactoonz award will appear.

Answers That Settle Your Spins
Seven short answers take you through the terms before you claim anything.
trustWhen do free spins here come without wagering?+
Not in the tables: each offer there carries a playthrough, 31x for the welcome steps and 50x for the no-deposit spins. Until that play is finished, winnings stay as bonus money rather than cash.
trustCan I use my free spins on a phone?+
Yes. Every slot in the offers opens in the mobile browser, and the app runs the same games. Spins stay tied to the slot named with them, at the fixed value shown, so the phone changes nothing about the terms.
trustCan I keep every win from the no-deposit spins?+
Winnings from the no-deposit set have a ceiling of NZ$50, which is the most that can leave the account from those 20 Reactoonz spins. The cap keeps a gift with no payment behind it proportionate.
trustCan I withdraw free spin winnings straight away?+
Withdrawal opens once the playthrough is complete and your identity is confirmed, a check that takes up to 14 hours. The smallest withdrawal is NZ$50, and the largest payout quoted is NZ$78,000.
trustWhat if a spin is worth only NZ$0.10?+
Each spin carries NZ$0.10 of stake, so 63 welcome spins come to NZ$6.30 in total. At the slot's 96.51% return, the worked estimate is NZ$6.08, a scale for what the winnings might reach.
trustWhat if I skip the profile and app steps?+
Three side tasks add spins: an identity check brings 10 spins at NZ$0.20 on Jammin' Jars with no wagering, a completed profile gives 10 on Sweet Bonanza Xmas at 20x, and the app gives 15 on Sweet Bonanza 1000 at 35x. Each lapses after its own short window.
trustWhat happens when a spin dispute needs a regulator?+
Stay Casino Ltd. holds a Malta Gaming Authority licence, MGA/B2C/807/2018, and disputes sit with that regulator. Support is reachable around the clock by live chat, email or phone before a complaint goes further.
Limits Alongside the Free Games
Free spins never oblige you to keep playing or to deposit again. Once a set runs out, you can leave it there. Deposit limits, loss limits and self-exclusion sit in your account, and the Gambling Helpline New Zealand and the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand take calls.
deposit limits. You set a ceiling on what you can add to the account, and every payment above it is refused.
self-exclusion. A break you choose that locks you out of play for a set period you decide.
loss limits. A cap on how much you may lose in a session, after which play stops for you.
